What janitorial service covers
Every program starts with a free walkthrough of your building. We look at how the space is used, when people are in it and what matters most to you, then write a scope and schedule around that. Service can be daily, a few times a week, weekly or on a custom schedule, including evenings and weekends so cleaning doesn't get in the way of your tenants or staff.

Common questions
How often can you clean?
Daily, two to three times a week, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or a custom schedule. We set the frequency with you during the walkthrough based on traffic and what the space needs.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend service is available, so cleaning can happen when the building is empty.
What does a janitorial program include?
Restroom cleaning and sanitation, trash and recycling removal, breakroom and common-area cleaning, dusting and high-touch surfaces, and vacuuming, sweeping and mopping. Floor care, windows and other services can be added to the same program.
