Apartment turn-over and make-ready cleaning in the Twin Cities
A vacant unit doesn't earn rent. VSP helps property managers get units ready for the next resident with detailed make-ready cleaning, and documents every unit with a completion checklist and photos so you know it's done without driving out to check.
What apartment turn-over cleaning covers
We deep clean kitchens and bathrooms, clean inside cabinets and closets, clean refrigerators, ovens and appliances, wipe baseboards, doors and fixtures, vacuum and mop, detail the floors, clean interior windows and remove light trash. Carpet cleaning can be added. Priority turnaround is available when our schedule allows.
